# Privacy Policy
Yato collects some information from you, the users of Discord (opens new window) for some functionality to work. These information is needed so that Yato can keep track of "who owns who" and "who's what is whose". Discord itself does not disclose any critical information about you to us when we're interacting with the Discord API. However, some might become paranoid of how some bot collects data.
